Best boat build video I've seen in awhile. Imagine the possibilities with that boat. Hammock style seat nailed on. Cutting board right on the boat. Gotta have a beverage holder drill in. A fish ruler carved in top rail. Also build a front nose cone for rocket speeds. Bamboo stick depth finder and push rod. Epoxy the whole exterior with clear and interior epoxy with the look of water, rocks, moss.

Love this canoe build...The S.S. POP LURE!! You could chisel out some spots to screw down 2x6 planks for seats even wrap them in some type of padding / cushions. Maybe some RGB running lights down each side and bring along a battery bank for power. Maybe some pontoons on each side to make it more stable so you could stand up and cast. Can't wait to see what you add for upgrades.

It turned out really well! It be cool if you filled the cracks with blue resin and put lights in it like one of those live edge resin tables you see on Instagram etc. And I agree with Gravy, it needs cushions! It could also use a bow to make it more hydrodynamic. I think after a few upgrades it could be truly epic. Love videos with Gravy! Ya'll have such a sweet dynamic and Ayo really watches out for him. Which is awesome. Now you just need to issue that challenge to the Townsends for a dugout canoe-off! Lol!

step 1 add some benches with underseat storage space. maybe make them with the ability to flip up to make rooms for a sleeper. next attach some floating outriggers to each side. either also made out of smaller holloed out trees or maybe some of those plastic 55 gallon barrels. insulate those barrels. have 1 out rigger be splint into a live well and cooler configuration and the other side outrigger be split into gear/tackle and snacks/ what-have-you sections.

Hey ayo! Got a little boat building experience! Total boat makes epoxy and thickener that will act as bondo but with a structural durable bond. Where as bondo is more of a filler and used to make smooth paintable surfaces. (Cosmetic). For what it is though it’s awesome!! But what I was getting at it’s look up stitch an glue construction boats! Just a little beed on the corner will hold the hole boat together and last forever!

I wanted to make a suggestion for a future episode or two! To be honest, we don’t really know much about fishing, in fact, I’ve never been fishing a day in my life; but you guys make it look so much fun!! My daughter goes fishing with her grandpa from time to time and she LOVES it, so I’ve decided to give it a try! Sorry, back to my suggestion.. I was wondering if you could make a video talking about ALL of the fishing things that guys get so excited about when you’re “shopping” 😆 I have noooo idea what the difference between a bait caster and a spinning reel is, or even how to use one! Don’t even get me started on tackle!!! 😂… frogs, crank bait, swing bait, whopper popper, wobbler, spinner bait, etc… Things like, what each type of tackle is used for, how it works, best fish it’s used for… how/when to use weights, types and sizes of hooks, HOW TO TIE A KNOT! Would be super helpful for novices, LIKE ME!, who watch your channel. Just a thought man! Love the channel!! PS… I’m posting this to Norm’s channel too!! Hope between the two of you, perhaps something will come from this!

Ayo, as so many have said, a lot of us just love your videos regardless of your success or failure. I love building in general so I prefer the boat builds to the challenges, but either way, I would totally watch a video of a failed or abandoned project (or a compilation). You could even add commentary of WHY the projects failed, quite honestly its your determination, humour, and enthusiasm for anything remotely close to fishing that keeps people coming back.
