Just a heads up that jarred sofrito from Goya has pork in it. If you want some “good” sofrito it’s better to go to your ethnic grocery store and get the so called homemade one. Just peek at the ingredients. I don’t know if sofrito is only Caribbean Latino or if it’s as popular among another Latinos in your area
