আসসালামু আলাইকুম, আজকের পর্বে আপনাদের জন্য নিয়ে এলাম ছানা তৈরির ঝামেলা ছাড়া মাত্র ১০ মিনিটে ডিম ছাড়া গুঁড়োদুধের স্পঞ্জ মিষ্টি | Dimchara Guradudher Mishti,Eggless Milkpowder rasgulla
উপকরণঃ
গুঁড়োদুধ - ১ কাপ
ময়দা - ১ চা চামচ
বেকিং পাওডার - ১/৪ চা চামচ
ঘি /তেল/বাটার - ১ টেবিল চামচ
নরমাল কাঁচা দুধ - ১/৪ কাপ + ১ টেবিল চামচ
ডিম দিয়ে বানাতে চাইলে :
গুঁড়োদুধ - ১ কাপ
বেকিং পাওডার - ১/৪ চা চামচ
ঘি /তেল/বাটার - ১ টেবিল চামচ
ফেটানো ডিম - বড় ১ টা বা ১/৩ কাপ, চাইলে কুসুম বাদে দুটো ডিমের সাদা অংশ দিতে পারেন।
*মিষ্টি বানানোর পর ডিমের কোনো গন্ধ থাকে না।
সিরার জন্য :
চিনি - ১ কাপ
পানি - ৪ কাপ
** চাইলে এলাচ দিতে পারেন ২ টা।
