your method is a bit old style...it could be easy if do it like this:. 1- Upon receiving new Items in store: Register the newly received items in your ERP/Excel against SKU Number or Item Number for each item, for example 001, 002, 003 etc.. 2- Past Sticky Label: Past a sticky label and write the same SKU Number or Item Number on each item which has given to that item at the time of registering in your ERP/Excel. 3- Stock taking : print your report from your ERP/Excel, go to each shelf/Bin, seek the SKU Number or Item Number on the item, cross check psychical Qty of the item against the Qty written in ERP/Excel report for the same item, overwrite if any mismatch, and update your ERP/Excel accordingly. that's it. i am Personally using this method and the management is happy with that . Sir aap galat bta rhe hai, if phy qty not matched with erp system qty, first check why this mismatch happened, Its a systems issues or physical wrong issues or material may be different location. We have to check why this gap
