Hi I love to watch Dr. Vasant and had come upon an interesting video on palmistry which was around 34 minutes approximately, where he had advised looking at the palms first thing we wake up in the morning and chant the mantra, unfortunately I cannot find that video since today morning. Please if anyone can help me locate that video on youtube.

Namaskar, i have a doubt, An alcoholic craving for alcohol, is a wrong kind of craving, can we apply the same rule mentally? Like, if a person craves for say closeness or being physically-sexually induldged can we find out these cravings are wrong or not? Is there a relation in between both of these things? Or am i just relating two different things?
