AYUSH MINISTRY CAN ONLY BE UPGRADED ONLY WHEN CMO POST OF RURAL AREAS BE GIVEN ONLY TO AYUSH DOCTORS BY PRIME AUTHORITY, THIS IS SERIOUS ISSUE IN RURAL POLITICS WHICH IS STILL PLAYED BY OLD GAME PLAYERS STILL TO SUPRESS AYUSH SERVICES TO VILLAGE PEOPLE 😢😢😊😊

AYUSH is very important in this generation. Ministry of AYUSH/ NCISM should promote AYUSH first from thr end and make a document about the role of AYUSH MO's and as a higher authority they should make an Office Memorandum ( OM) of salaries which should be paid equally (not unequally) in all states in line with the MBBS MO's (in NAM/ NHM) So much of problem especially against to AYUSH DRs .. if this is continuing how could the juniors take up the AYUSH course in future. AYUSH are not against MBBS Dr's or any course.. AYUSH Dr's know the importance of them and we let them play thr own role.. But why so much of hatred against AYUSH Drs.. why can't others ( to those who r hatred against AYUSH) let AYUSH play our own role? In case of salaries.. It's totally unfair to discriminate AYUSH Dr's. Some are playing politics to degraded AYUSH Medical Officer.. Ministry of AYUSH/ NCISM should raise thr voice first of all and declare the importance of AYUSH. If the higher authority doesn't raise the voice first.. who would listen us? All AYUSH state mission should raise the voice for the equal proper documentation.

There are so many PG graduates, 99% of them are those who have completed PG or taken admission before this AIAPGET has been introduced ,and they are guiding the young doctors, see the Syllabus of BAMS doctors, they need to study almost everything taught in MBBS ,yet not even allowed to give one Paracetamol in kerala, exams like AIAPGET asking more than 15 modern qn ,either u teach them in clg or else allow to practice, don't put students in between this drama,an AIAPGET aspirant has to study everything, literally everything in thses ,yet the 120qn in AIAPGET, they ask from where they want ,pathetic, even the Syllabus has to bee changed , Time has crossed to bring uniqueness and SOP in Ayurvedic treatment protocol, North india has one line of treatment, south India has one line of treatment, where as there only charaka samhita or sushruta

Habibi come to kerala 😂 90% of BAMS graduates are working for less than 18k per month in kerala . There are freshers working for 7000,8000,10000 per month. The land of Ayurveda, see the pathetic situation of BAMS graduates in kerala , bams seats are vaccant in kerala, nobody want BAMS here ,no respect for BAMS , Nobody is there to speak for all these. Every year more than 15 new colleges are getting permission, where is employment for all these drs. Pathetic situation of BAMS in kerala 😢
