Wonderful welfare scheme by Modiji. Unfortunately, it is very poorly managed. The authorities concerned have not done adequate homework to implement it properly in such a way that it reaches the beneficiaries properly. Some of the hospitals in the listwd pannel do not provide treatment under this scheme.
