I have purchased aerox recently. High speed stability is awesome. Not affected by cross winds.. 90 to 100km/hr cruising is easy. Easy to overtake cars.. A taller windshield is a big miss..

@Jihad Syed i am new to two wheeler. So i had back pain initially. But now i dont have.. did a long ride of 200km with two stops in between. Front suspension is not very stiff.. but travel is less.. so you will feel the sudden elevations on highway. Rear suspension is stiff.. it tries to throw you up on sudden elevations on the highway. In rough roads its very uncomfortable. Suspension feels too stiff. I avoided pot holes.. as suspension travel is very less i didn't get confidence

The r15 has bigger intake valves than the aerox. They only have the same piston. The CVT of the aerox in stock form is tuned for fuel-efficiency.

Chain vs built we must know the advantage when it comes to losses. Eventhough we got the same engine size motorcycle with chain will lead the battle. That's the history folks😁

A little Modification in Aerox is needed for it to match R15. First off on the engine side, Put R15 Piston Kit, Some Portings on Intake and exhaust. Some modification on Ignition. On CVT Side, Commong tuning on Flyball, Pulley, Clutch bell and lining And Finally Some Tuning on the ECU But all in all considering the cost of these mods, if you're planning on racing an aerox for fun, just buy an R15. Or just stay on stock.

I also own an aerox and feel two issues There is no front suspension at all.. Even with bumps that are lesser deep, the front wheel takes a heavy hit on shock absorption. Is this a known issue other owners are facing as well? Secondly both front and back breaking is not that efficient. While riding over 50+ kmph i feel breaking is not upto the mark if any other vehicles gets closeby all of a sudden

Pillion rider was to make up for the power deficit in the aerox and you need to hit the redline in each gear to accelerate fast.. 5th gear didn't reach its top speed..

What's the mileage of Yamaha aerox? What's its servicing cost? As yamaha aerox doesn't have kick start, what to do if the self start doesn't work?

Kick start isn't a big deal. Battery won't drain that quickly. Mileage is somewhat around 60KMPL. Service cost is pocket friendly. R15 only cost under 2000 for service cheaper than Pulsar NS so Aerox wont burn your wallet. Only 2 downside of that scooter is Small Fuel tank and lack of front compartment.
