Things are starting to change in the UK anyway. I placed an order in September and was quoted £94,179.85 for around January delivery. This was an XDrive with Ultimate Pack. I got a phone call from the dealer to say they have a car in 2 weeks on its way. Ive checked online and there are quite a few popping up and one in exactly the same spec available now for £86,495. That’s a big saving. Im seriously considering cancelling because the negative equity on these is crazy. There are far more of these around now and it’s putting me off a bit.

Compared to some of these brand new amgs that mercedes is releasing, $97k is a steal! A brand new Amg gt53 is listed for $123k at a Mercedes near me, that’s $123k for a 3.0 turbo inline 6… im honestly surprised an m3 comp sells for under $100k!

@@ayyyman_ I understand what folks are saying about it being very “electronic” but every time I get in, I feel like I’m in a rocket ship. It’s a monster and though I’d like to see a less soft clutch, I can’t think of another 4door sedan tame enough to be a daily, but raw and stupid fast at the same time in stick. I also didn’t think I’d care about idrive 8 as much as much as I do, but now I never want a small screen again. People always pay the car compliments but Porsche drivers have become aggressive 😂. Not like trying to race me (I wont), but constantly pulling off on me as I’m cruising at the limit. It’s like they can’t help but try to flex!

I ordered the car and from there really didn’t see them until it got it. On delivery day they were also really good about everything. Especially for me as a KZbinr, they were patient with me filming

I agree. If it was just me, I’d probably get a sued Porsche. But an M3 is better for marketing and honestly I still love the car. I really feel like BMW stepped their game up!

@@ayyyman_ oh no absolutely BMW, as all German cars are great brands. Like me right now I’m driving an Audi A5 (Diesel) as daily because I got to drive comfortable and I’m driving like 200 miles every single day (I own companies in sales and live on the road) and change my daily car every 4 years and my car for special occasions is a 911 Turbo S. For me personally 100k is just a number I wouldn’t spend on a car, because either I’m going to spend way less because of my mileage, the dailies get replaced in a very fast rate or i d spend more for the car I’d enjoy the most or for cars as investments. And the M3 doesn’t check those boxes but technically a great car as really all Germans: Audi, Mercedes, Volkswagen, Porsche, BMW and even Opel can’t really go wrong with either one of those

@@BAD_GRIM but you can find 911 Carreras in that 100k range. Obviously you can’t compare a M3 with a Turbo S or GT3 those are 250k to 300k depending on customization but those aren’t the only good Porsches. A Carrera is an excellent car as well!

I always say this: What will be the most important to you after 6 to 10 months of owning the car? I get bored very easily, so always made sure the car is still exciting after couple months. To really enjoy this car, you need to take it on the highway and open it up...take wknd road trip if possible. It don't drive at all like your 330i, I had a M340xi, and its night and day. Within town and City limit, the car feel extremely restricted, and it does get very frustrating. Just my opinion.

I live overseas in Germany, so the prices are appealing. Even if I do get bored, I’ll be back stateside next year, so I could sell it without the risk of taking a loss. Maybe even a little profit?
