To make a brand, you need to stand out and that can be done by unique and good product..... Apple became brand but thay was by its state of the art product that was macintosh.... distribution and branding is equally important but first you need to have a product that stands out... Moreover, pakistani awam in general do not pay for perfumes...i bet more than 90% people have no proper sense of perfumery... so many things you mentioned do not apply in our market....
