I hope you talked to the restaurant manager each time you were disappointed. They should try to make things right for you as soon as possible. Without immediate feedback they have no opportunity to make things right while you are still on board. I have found that raising my disappointments firmly but nicely has improved my experience.

Thanks for watching our video. We didn’t mention to our waiter as sometimes we felt that we were wanting food that was more plain. It was a shame that some items like the pizza in the buffet wasn’t up to standard
