Cummins ISX AIR BRAKE COMPRESSOR INSTALL DIY

First major component to fail on my Used truck took only 3 hours start to finish once re manufactured Compressor came in mail $595 for same as Dealer which was $1371 🤦🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

I was going through air compressors way too often and i decided to call Wabco and they said to take the hoses loose from the air comprressor and spray wd 40 or equivlant throug the compressor and it would clean the carbon out of the reed valves so I did and re peated about every couple of months abd the problem was solved

Everyday when i get back to the trucks my tank are completely empty. Then it takes all about 30-40 mins to get them to 60 psi then it will just sit there unless it hit pto.

Look for a Truck Pro near by they have them in stock ... can’t remember the company but they advertise on EBay and are out of Missouri 🚚 hope this helps
