The funniest shit is people who "hate" you enough keep engaging with you. Boosting the amount of people who are aware of you (and thus doing the exact opposite of what they wanted) This simply goes to show: Even if someone is so unreasonably hateful of another human that they're essentially a lost cause, you can still farm 'em for money.

Hearing a trans person have a good experience in their teenage years is rare, especially if they're neurodivergent, but its nice you got to experience all that good stuff! Personally for me my whole puberty was marked by isolation and loneliness, not being able to talk with people and growing self hate until i couldn't function properly anymore So while i am a bit jealous about your accomplishments, im mostly happy that it all went well, i guess sometimes you're just not used to positive experiences

@joefromfamilyguy3952 20 күн бұрын
@@pacevy3798 If an autistic person breaks their leg they would then be an injured autistic person. when talking about autistic people & support needs in a broader context, its safe to assume that a person is referring specifically to autism-related needs. Also, for those people who don't really need any help, they would still be autistic people; they just wouldn't come up when talking about ways to accommodate autistic people with needs, which is the only time "high-low support need" terminology would need to be used. You could also say "no support needs" if that's a descriptor that aligns with your experience. I am sincerely interested in hearing your perspective, though! My preconceptions want to say that you probably have do have needs, you're just used to suppressing them because of allistic societal expectations. Either that, or you do accomodate yourself in ways without even realizing it.

The reason why we don't use the term Asperger's sybdrom anymore is not just because of the guy but mainly because since more then a decade everyone agrees that it's just not distinct from the autism spectrum. For people avoiding VRchat that still want tomexperence being with people who are in VR, dont forget about alternatives such as ChilloutVR! ChilloutVR may have a smaller community overall, but I can honestly say when I want to reach out to people, CVR is my home. Ive spent 100 of hours in CVR being a mute desktop player. You dont need a headset, and you dont need a microphone either. If you are not comfortable using your voice, you dont have to!

Like, I'm cis and haven't had any doubt about my identity in terms of sexual or gender expression, but what is interesting about the crush thing is that I rarely had a crush on much celebrities, though I had a couple of crushes on characters with animalistic design choices, like I do remember crushing on the character "Pudding Fong" from Tokyo Mew Mew when I was really young, it wasn't even with celebrities, it was with furry-adjacent characters which probably explains why I draw animal characters now. But I remember I really liked pretend playing as Buttercup from PPG, though at the same time I pretend played as Robot boy or certain Pokémon at a really young age. Though it was the tomboyish girl characters that I enjoyed pretend playing at times because I thought it was sick that girls can exhibit "masculine" features. Though I have no issue with my identity as a cisman and I wouldn't identify with gay or bi, but straight to asexual-adjacent. Also I had teddies and they were mostly animal characters and I gave them all their own characters and lore, so definitely that also has contributed to my fixation with anthropomorphic animal characters.

On the video game gender choices topic, there's also just a lot of hetero cis men (like boring ol' me, lol) who like playing as a women in third person games, because they often look cooler. It stems from male characters often being designed with a utility aesthetic, compared to female characters often being designed with a fashion aesthetic and having more sex appeal, frankly. So people hating on that as if it makes you "gay (used as insult)" or "effeminate" is honestly just plain old stupid and out of touch with the gaming society.

wait thats so crazy.. like, i never considered that a family can just, like accept ur trans at 14 or something. its always like, "what if youre wrong and you regret it" or some shit like they know you better than yourself. my little.. sibling, AFAB, said theyre trans and the rest of my family were sayin like, "when your older, you can make that decision", like theyre not competent enough to decide who they are. and now theyre totally psyched out. now i'm (and they're) not sure how influential the social pressure is on their presentation, or if it was """"""a phase"""""", but i insist they explore their relationship with gender, its kinda the best i can do. i cant do the discovery process for them. they've reached the angsty times. first year of high school is starting, hormones are being pesky as always, and i just gotta hope they can pull through.

I see a lot of people now a days saying they got blockers at like 15. I gotta admit I'm jealous, this trans awareness wasn't a thing when I was 15 in the early 10s. Hardly anyone spoke about transgender stuff so I didn't even know it was a thing (I doubt many people around my age did back then) . back then KZbin would constantly shove horror game or minecraft let's plays down your throat whether you wanted it or not, And only that. There also weren't any of these trans adjacent communities like femboys and eggs that could nudge you in the right direction like now a days :/ I did watch a bunch of gender bender anime back then though so maybe my subconscious knew something 😅. But even then, even in those gender bender communities no one spoke of trans-nes. In the mid 2010s being masculine and hating on "soy" stuff was all the rage. I feel like it's only as of late the more feminine stuff has begun to become more accepted and even encouraged to some extent.

What is provably the WORST gun for home defense? A .22 single shot rifle is at least small and quick to point. A Barrett M82 is at least going to instantly stop whatever it hits. Even a good old fashioned musket is going to do good damage and won't hurt your ears. No, I wanted to know what the undisputable worst home defense gun in the world is; and I have found it. This is the .950 JDJ Fat Mac. It is a 100 pound, 5 foot long rifle that shoots a one pound solid brass bullet at 2200 FPS. It is a non-NFA item only because the ATF gave it a sporting exemption as a joke as if anybody is going to hunt with this. This round would be overkill for hunting blue whales. I would like to paint a picture for you. It's 2AM and you hear a window break in your living room. This is the worst day this could happen, as every single one of your guns was lost in a tragic boating accident this morning. All were lost except for one. You look across your room in dread at your anti-kaiju rifle. You know what you have to do, but you don't know if you have the strength to do it, both literally and figuratively. Heaving the rifle into your arms, you load a .950 cartridge and begin to waddle towards the door. Your feet make a loud "thud" as vou take each 6" step. You know the intruders hear you. You hope they do, for perhaps they will run and spare the world the suffering that is about to befall it. You try to set the rifle down, but end up clipping your bedroom door and it is immediately knocked off its hinges by this battering ram in your hands. You attempt to round the corner, bonking the muzzle against the doorframe and adjacent wall across the hall at least 4 times. To your horror, two invaders stand there at the end of the hall. With a heavy heart, you raise the rifle to your shoulder while making inhuman grunting noises from the strain of attempting some semblance of a shooting position. The burglars simply stare in disbelief, unable to process the situation they are witnessing, as if in a dream. You cannot aim the rifle, as the last time you fired the gun, it turned your $3000 Leopuld into a kaleidoscope. You simply hold it at an angle that appears correct and fire. You are immediately knocked to the floor as if hit by a semi truck going 20 MPH. The shot connected with one of the criminals and it erased him from existence. Even the memories of him have been destroyed and you're wondering why you just shot into an empty hallway. The shot continues to travel through at least 4 houses, a car, and a 10 ton boulder before lodging itself 20 feet into a nearby hill, never to be seen again. It is at this point, you realize you cannot hear. The surviving burglar can't hear either but he's also on fire from the muzzle blast and is currently vacating your home. You don't care. Your shoulder is dislocated and there is a hole in your brand new AR500 refrigerator. You're crying now. The police arrive and, upon seeing the scene, start laughing. You start crying harder.
