I would suggest you to create a PayPal/Payoneer account with your brothers information and add that to received payments from Fiverr affiliate program. I know, in some countries PayPal doesn't support, but Payoneer supports almost all the countries. Hi, sometime people doesnt convert straight away. Evaluate, if you are reaching to right people and keep experimenting and stay consistent with the promotional activities. Stay consistent at least for a month or two, and you will start noticing results hopefully. All the best
