Quote of the week from Raila’s speech during the funeral: “ no one will tell you (the President)the truth except me”(Raila).This resonate well with what transpired during the the funeral of Field Marshal Mukami.What I found interesting was that Speakers after speaker did not tell the President that Kenyans and in particular,their supporters are truly suffering.Instead, it was Raila who reminded the President and used the word (Punda amechoka). Surprisingly, when It’s an issue of national concern,Raila is the one who fight-for Kenyans . For instance,Mt Kenya politicians at the funeral were busy showering the President with praise , asking for guddies , and busy attacking Raila but never pick the courage to inform the President how Kenyans are suffering.The big question is, for how long is Raila going to do this?
