There seems to be a small buffer for Eternal Onslaught where you get the crit chance even if your energy isn't literally zero, because I've had moments of testing in sim where, close to zero, it's possible to have the timer stay at 8 seconds for an extended period while in void mode. Since void mode ends the instant you're completely dry, it seems "empty" has built in QoL to not be 100% completely empty.

@@1EnZBosS1 i seriously doubt a newer tenno can 2x3 Newer tenno don't have weapons that can one shot limbs or even 2 shot limbs or break those limbs easily. I would say I'm relatively new to hunting but I still have troubles with 3x3 as switching into arquebex takes a lot of time but it will 2 or 3 shot the limb. My mates generally have rubicos so yeah. They insta break their bones.

Eternal eradicate is just really good in general. Not as if it matters, but a 177 with just eternal will in my experience 1 shot 150 thrax. Easy to grind, easy to use. Really loving what they've done with the operator changes.

Thanks for this complete guide, I had done a solo Trido just dicking around after I managed to get r5 Eternal Eradicate, but didn't have the rest of the build synergy there. Even with me completely just messing about, I still completed the tricap in like 3 or 4 minutes lol. I had more trouble finding voms to charge the lures than anything in the actual fight. Now that I know that the old amp crit arcanes are basically trash, my hunts will be way faster. Thanks for the info dude!

Unairu wisp is working again so we can get back to something that feels more like the old meta, nice for not so speedy runs but has potential. This makes sense for trio/full squad but works perfectly fine for duo as well.

Unairu Wisp only works on amps... Void Strike works on the gun DPS is using... Even in a full squad, madurai is probably still the best since it helps a lot with the limbs... And if you're an expert enough to oneshot a limb every time, then you won't need unairu for the shields either. I guess you can get into hunting faster now if you chose Unairu during Second dream... But that's about it

@@Aznvasions not really, you can shot to the ground between the Eidolon legs, or just aside (also maybe do it twice just to be sure the vs will receive it and not you). The idea with this is you'll have only 1 vs user doing all the shields instead of alternating for the dps to use vs.

Ironically, i have both 1-7-7 and 7-7-7. I just pit the Amp arcane to the 777. No issue since i can just put the amp arcane adapteron the other. Just will need to get the Eternal Onslaught Arcane. Good vid as always

@@theshellderinslowbrostail5422 Klamora can use Virtuos Strike in normal play due to the sheer number of hits it does per second. It pretty much always applies to *some* of your spray so for a braindead prism it's a totally braindead arcane option. For Eidolons though, since Volt shields already boost Critical Damage, Eternal Eradicate is not only better for being easier to activate, but gives more total damage because it boosts a multiplier that didn't have any bonus otherwise.

School and syndicate icons should just be displayed above the player icon in the corner. Its a lot more useful then keeping that slot for rank up indicator. These things can be switched often and shouldnt need you to either see sigil or the arsenal menu before every mission.

I will need to rewatch this a couple more times to wrap my head around it. Maybe it's stemming from me having absolutely next to no knowledge on how to do Tridolons, but being able to do it on your own will feel much easier rather than looking for groups. I used to agree with all of the people saying the second arcane adapter slot goes to the damage one I like, I think it's logistics, it gives amp efficiency. With propa spam or 7 ignis type of spray it is more helpful in my opinion

Love this! 177 is great but can't get propa to do anything except knock me back. Going to try out 727 too, I know not meta but I can get shots on target at least. That actually is the best setup, outside of just being on Madurai. I use the exact same arcanes on my operator/amp myself for endurance zariman lol. I just stick to my 777 and aim slightly above heads to make sure the cone is a headshot, since aiming 777 at Thrax unit heads (and any unit in general) makes it a chest shot since the beam touches that first.

So what's recommended for someone trying to solo Teralyst, but has issue with keeping the Teralyst's shield from getting constantly repaired. Finding my damage is ok, but I'm really struggling keeping the vomvalysts from swarming and repairing shields. Don't have any arcanes atm.

I prefer eradicate because it cast once you get damage +60% in 8 sec you also can save up energy for voidsling(in case you get knockback or dont have primed sure footage) but its matter of preference so my preference 777 virtuos shadow cast voidstrike qhen your voidstrike cooldown you can cast eradicate well because i run trinity than volt tho because i love healing lures besides i just hunt casually make plat by arcanes not going for world record

Id like to point out that, as long as youre using void strike, the difference between a random amp and a super sweaty high tech volt shield setup is about .0005 seconds

The entire point of this is for what to do when you don’t have void strike up. You will only have void strike available once every 3 shields if you’re doing it properly. That’s why it’s the meta setup, because most of the time you will not be able to use void strike

Assuming you only use Void Strike to deal with angels, or un-often enough you will always have it available for angels, still Onslaught. Second arcane is purely QoL, but if you're using Klamora, Virtuos Strike is very appealing since it will proc instantly upon shooting. It's honestly a toss-up, because for non-eidolon use, the second slot is mostly QoL. Prisms I see people use a lot for Zariman: 1, 5 and 7 (raplak, cantic, klamora) Scaffolds: 4, 7 (Phahd because bounces, Propa) Brace: still the 7 (Certus) So very similar amps and arcanes around, with more wiggle room than eidolons.

Solo Volt builds are quite personal and up to preference, but this one is mine: imgur.com/a/T2Pj3zr The sniper I was using only works properly with very specific riven rolls. Not just "good sniper rivens" but actual specific rolls because the weapon itself is shit and only redeemed by the high disposition, so you need the right stats to fix the major problems. I would normally recommend picking up a Rubico Prime always to start since it's the most user-friendly and requires the least investment. Amalgam Serration Hellfire Crit Delay Vital Sense Split Chamber (not galv) Vigilante Armaments Vile Acceleration Flex (Stormbringer, or Argon Scope if not Rubico Prime, and you are not solo) If you build sniper combo, any sniper can oneshot with the build I listed. Keep in mind there should be buffs in play. These are Shock Trooper (+%Elec = to your Str), Volt Shields, Vigorous Swap, Helminth (Eclipse), Armor Strip (Sarpa/Vastilok + Shattering Impact), and actually shooting spam shots to build sniper combo (final multiplier)

I like to run with the Flame Thrower amp, its the best for when the mission has gone south and you need to recover. But then agen, i dont like to run the meta speedrun eidolon hunts, i like a casual 5x3 with someone who still has yet to master the hunt.

You can only use it for 8s every 40s. Shield takedown rotations are much shorter than 40s. You can cycle 2.5 shields in 40s. The goal is what to do when VS is on cooldown.

The only thing that’s changed is now you want to bring a 177 or 577 to have a prism that can hit watershields since propa barely does damage there anymore. The exception is far spawn still sorta works with Propa.

I gotta ask a question, i have every meta amp, all the arcanes maxed mandurai ect, which should let me easily do 3x3's solo, but my main problem is survivability, my volt will almost die after 3 - 4 hydro lightning strikes, any tips on this?

Ok hear me out! So use klamora propa lohrin. Arcane for the amp must be virtuos fury and eternal eradicate. The operator arcane are not important rlly but I suggest glitch from little duck and elevate from onko. And use madurai. I use lohrin cause it had more status chance and procs fury rlly well with klamora

2nd eidolon Gaunt is much deadlier to lures imo. I just remain aware of my lures especially when giant beams come out the sky.

@@dylanmarker9271 you can predict when the yellow laser will strike, and make the lure follow you to avoid the damage. it's always occurring after his stomp. But the 3rd one keeps striking its green lighting randomly, and I end up losing one or two lures right at the end..

It's really, just go fast enough before he kills your lures. Runs that are faster than ~14 min on volt rarely ever result in Hydrolyst killing any. It should be quite easy to get under 14 min now with the new arcane and the buffs Madurai got even without Void Strike. If you notice low lure HP during healing phase after all limbs on Hydro, consider just grabbing a 4th lure. He always spawns enough under him as he stands up for capshot to charge that lure. I usually still have one uncharged lure when he starts standing anyways as part of my strat, and I always charge it in time.

Amalgam Serration Hellfire Crit Delay Vital Sense Split Chamber (not galv) Vigilante Armaments Vile Acceleration Flex (Stormbringer, or Argon Scope if not Rubico Prime, and you are not solo) I was using a riven build with a special setup, but because I didn't want to build sniper combo. If you build sniper combo, any sniper can oneshot with the build I listed. Keep in mind that buffs are expected to be in play when hunting. These are Shock Trooper (+%Elec = to your Str), Volt Shields, Vigorous Swap, Helminth (Eclipse), Armor Strip (Sarpa/Vastilok + Shattering Impact), and actually shooting spam shots to build sniper combo (final multiplier) Charging lures I don't have an updated guide yet, but this should be mostly relevant still: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nWOXmaelr712bsU

I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong I have a 777 amp with both the arcane. I shoot the 3 grenades at the hydro and it doesn’t break the shield it leaves him with 25% left or sometime 40%. What am I doing wrong?

Height falloff is relevant, you want to be equal height, or uphill relative to Hydro, never down hill. And if possible, also jumping to shoot the propas for an extra 1-2m of height. The center of the hitbox begins near the kneecaps for falloff calculation when shooting around ground level. Or, you're standing too far away from the eido horizontally, when you shoot the propas. Or a combination of both.

Used to standing behind the volt shield to avoid propa knockdown, or do void mode when pop ur 2 bubble.

as stated above, or you can also hotkey emotes, if you emote before the propa pops, you will not me knocked down or staggered for the duration of the emote. Moving instantly cancels the emote, so that's an option there.

Volt + shock trooper + eclipse + Vig swap + sniper + gunblade shattering impact armor strip. The meta for frame/weapons have not changed as a result of the update, only operator stuff has
