Many people came here from an advert, but I came here from the next suggested video after watching a trailer to an anime. It was pretty cool how the mysterious man named "T.K." used his frog to retrieve the coin for her. Interesting how her eye recognised which drink is best suited to her. Even cooler that he made a water looking skateboard appear and rides the long trail with Haru behind and they enter a peaceful, calming and beautiful place. Interested to see other clips connect to this anthology series.

It's been 3 months since I first saw this episode, and I returned to re-watch it and realized just how beautiful it was. I think the lure of an Isekai is for better or worse the desire to escape from your own grim world and have a chance to be the person you really want to be. A very common desire in Japanese society with its brutal work culture and stifling societal constraints. Personally, I can relate to a desire to escape because of my own self-loathing and regrets. I think many people at some stage in their life desire to no longer exist in this world. Think about it, everything you have in the end is just an empty chattel, everyone you care about will either leave you, die, betray your trust, or you will come to despise. In the end, even amongst a crowd of people you will always feel alone. Moments of joy are fleeting and mostly shallow; work is just like being on a continuous hamster wheel, for the sake of maintaining your pointless existence. Is it a death wish? I don’t know. But, we can’t escape our world or who we are by suicide. In an Isekai however, we can wake up in another place, be someone else. Maybe it wouldn’t be different. But, if we were weak we could become stronger maybe be the Hero of a better world. If we were lonely and isolated we could find companionship, or true love. The lure of the Isekai is the “Will to Power, the desire to overcome or escape that which is failing in this world and ourselves. The protagonist by virtue of some redeeming inner quality is pushed into this better reality to undertake the hero’s or anti-hero’s journey, in the tropes of the Isekai. What self-loathing human skin waste wouldn’t desire that? You ask!

this is demon slayer level animation and for free this was really just amazing the story telling every other anime would have took 5 episodes to get this far and i like how the introduction was not dragged through muiltipul episodes this i just amazing everything even down to the background and voice acting it was just all amazing good job
