The way you find stadiums as well as many other things could be the revealed Noctowl. It lets you search your deck for any 2 trainers when evolved, like inteleon’s shady dealings but on a stage one

The current rendition of Raging Bolt is significantly more turbo; you’re missing T2 (going first) attack if you’re thinking about using Joltik

At least it takes a turn for the acceleration to happen, in a format where it’s very possible to gust and OHKO stuff on turn 1 or, more often, turn 2. Plus a lot of damage counter spreading with a 30 hp Pokemon. It won’t be broken but it will probably be useful, I like it

nothing is stopping you from spreading out your energies. Also it's only a single prizer so it's not really a big deal if it's knocked out if your main attackers are 2 prizers.

Spreading out your energies kinda defeats the point of using this thing imo, especially when its best partner is probably Mr. Hands. You want to be able to actually attack with your attacker. And while the single-prize thing is true, it does also limit the versatility of the card (just like with Cleffa). These aren’t fatal flaws at all though, you can work around them. Like, you can power up a Raikou and Hands at the same time so you’ll have a guaranteed attacker, for example. The Counter Catcher point is pretty valid as well, though in a deck that’s supposed to be turbo you need a way to use one early in the match consistently (probably just Arven lol. But then you opportunity-cost the ability to use Research)

​@@beanburrito4405I think it's a decent one-of in Raging Bolt, especially in mirror matches or against stuff like chien pao. Like spreading energy, that gives u basically 280 damage already and being a one pricer for the price trade is pretty good.

This new joltik is cracked! I see lots of decks using this. It's even good in mono electric like miraidon, Turbo Hands, or mono grass decks lije Sinistcha ex/ogerpon for example. Accelerating 4 at once is crazy, but accelerating 2 is still pretty good. Great card, and very versatile. Raging bolt will love this lil guy

Since Great Tree is by definition a 1-of, I can see it being searched out with Forest Seal Stone. Arven for Ultra ball or poffin (although if you are going this route to set up your basics, you'll have to hold the stone in hand for an extra turn) and seal stone, then use seal stone to grab the Tree and go from there. Can't see it being useful in Gardy at all but I think it could be useful in Dragapult especially combo'd with Crispin for energy acceleration instead of relying on Neo Upper.

Gravity Stone is very good in Venomoth/Banette ex decks. Raise the retreat of something like a Bib, then lock out item cards.

Little Raging Bolt might be good in Garchomp, one load up + attachment converts to 120 damage, on the bench which hits stuff like Bibarel.

In a regidrago deck I think raging bolt can be useful in the case of an emergency snipe where you don't want to discard your energy :)

the new Colress Card will find Stadiums. I think the Great Tree will take place of Arven for Rare Candy/Ultra Ball and FSS in decks like Charizard ex once the F block rotates since we will lose Lumineon / Rotom.

Great Tree sounds like a lot of fun in Tsareena ex. Won’t make it good still but it plays 3 different Stage 2 lines so it could help the deck a ton. Galvantula ex could also combo with the Regi’s from ASR. Use the stadium to expand your bench and use Ancient Wisdom to reload Galvantula turn after turn? Sounds pretty crazy!

Joltik can definitely combo with some sort of iron hands deck I’m sure. I also thought about raging bolt bc we play the teal mask too, but that’s probably not all that great tbh

Ok thank god it wasn't just me. I was looking at these spoilers on pokebeach and it took until the second page for someone to mention that the Joltik looked broken. I had to compare it to Infernape to see if it was translated right (it was). There is already TM: Turbo energize which is close enough to seeing play, and that's only 2 energy, so making it 4 energy is absolutely ridiculous. I think it is going to be absolutely warping for G/L decks where you will want at least 1 for insane energy acceleration from a 1 prize liability that is searchable off nest ball, buddy buddy, and other mon search, compared to TMs that are pretty much only obtainable off Arven.

@AzulGG colress grabs a regular energy card not special could work with dragapult well Colress’s Tenacity From Night Wanderer Search your deck for a Stadium card and an Energy card, reveal them, and put them into your hand. Then, shuffle your deck.
