I'm a new player what would you suggest? I didn't get anything good after pulling on Ulrich vutten banner except I got SSR Hood. Some of the pulls was from tickets I got from completing quotas event.

If you haven't gotten Unicorn then definitely pick her up, she's an excellent healer and gets better after her retrofit, B /D 3 of Microlayer Medley is a decent spot in the war archives to grab her since you also have a chance of getting a good tank in Bremerton. Noshiro from Swirling Cherry blossoms is a good bet, makes all your vanguard's torpedoes extremely good. Divergent chessboard to start collecting Iron Blood ships for unlocking the Priority Research ships, try and start working on Fredrich Der Große as soon as possible she's well worth the investment. After that grab Cavlla and U-37 from their respective maps, they don't synergize well together but they're both good foundations for Eagle Union and Iron Blood submarines, these two are longer term investments so probably grab them last. If you have spare dorm space throw them in there and have them doing commissions for exp until you reach stages that allow the deployment of submarines.

It's asking me to SINK 60 D3 BOSS fleets and it's NOT RAISING ME that NUMBER and I've already cleared the entire map and reached the final part it should at least give me one point. can someone explain pls.

The counter went up for me so I would recommend double checking you are on D3 and not B3, I've made that mistake before. Also I don't know if the first clear you do to 100% the stage actually counts towards the 60 run pity. If you've verified you're on D3, try restarting the game and if that doesn't work then you'll have to reach out to the support team

From the home screen, there's a button shaped like a video camera in the top right corner. Click that and it'll open all the rewatchable stuff, the event stories are in the next section labeled memories.
