You can get DoY from spending PvP points if I'm not mistaken, which means you don't really need to farm her except If you want to no spend Golden Bulins

Farm doy and use pts to buy gold bulin, you waste 5k point if you buy her in exercise shop

@@minh-ducnguyen8319 It seems a bit contentious to claim that you should farm for duke of york instead of buying her. That is still 60 runs that are TIME GATED. I would easily recommend new players to go divergent chessboard first to get iron blood tech points. Even though the likes of FDG are difficult to obtain, this doesn't change the fact that such ships can be obtained on a perennial basis without using cubes.

The CA gun in Impyreal Tragicomedy has the highest base DPS of any CA gun. It does SAP damage and I think is the only grindable SAP gun right now. However while you're grinding it you'll get lots of copies of the Elite version, which is an AP gun. It's great for an elite gun and good to outfit your CA's with it until you can get SR guns.

Fun facts you can farm albacore in imperial tragicomedy so if you have formidable but no albacore you can farm it now

Or you can make one in OpSi + Gear Lab, purple components are a non-issue for the most part.

I dunno if this is helpful but when you clear a map(enough to unlock next map) You get rewarded with 1 cube. a bit little but if sum up all the map its significant.

The problem with farming steam catapults from Fallen Wings is that it has a double gold gear drop with Hellcat. So you could be grinding for steam cats and get a gold Hellcat print instead.

Ink stained steel sakura only has one gold gear so it should be easier to get the steam catapult

20 APR 23 update: Skybound Oratio D1 available, drops gold baguette gun and Single 138.6mm (Mle 1927) which crafts into baguette in gear lab. Replaces Iris of Light and Dark D2.

I've been playing for about 2 months now, so I'm not familiar with how these archives work; do these maps require getting all 3 stars like the current event maps o campaign? I try to conserve oil as best I can, so that info would be helpful. 🤔

Stars do nothing in war archives (at the moment) Since stages in war archives are cleared with a single run (as of an april 2022 update), you are better off just doing the bare minimum to get what it is you came for.

Prince of Wales is very good if you have 3 Eagle ships. She can’t hit that well but she’s a great buffer. I have her and Baltimore buffing enterprise. Then you can easily throw in Helena and boom eagles

The gold quints are good on exactly two ships. They are Mogami and Kitakaze. You're better off with the rainbow or the gold quad homing torpedos.

VDR maps doesn't have elite Fleets so your only source of Ryuusei will be the boss fleet.Not a very gud place to farm a Ryuusei.

hard mode, bottom left you need to clear C stage first identical as A Stage but lvl difference

You have to tap the hard mode icon. Should be near the bottom left of the screen. That will get you the C maps , beating them will give you access to the D maps. C and D maps have the exact same layouts as A and B but increased difficulty. As well as stat requirements.

Depends on what else you would rather get with core data. Gear fragments can take excruciatingly long to farm up.

I mean... my commander level is over 120 but I don't (yet) have all of the unique ship drops from war archives. I managed to get Glorious a while back, but I'm still missing some of the ships that you are able to alternatively get with core data. Unfortunately, I'd rather not be shelling that out when I can buy other unique items with it instead. Of course, if you're the kind of person playing azur lane for something other than collection... feel free to disregard my comments.

Depending on how veteran you are, you might actually be looking for things to do. I spend my playtime farming gear to minimize gear swapping and level up my benched ships. Quad mags and steam cats are always in demand, and the French toaster is always a reliable filler in absence of BiS.

I’m very veteran and have little to do outside of new events so tend to waste oil on farming up extra baguette guns or similar. I like a deep warehouse of gear to minimise any need for gear swapping.

Kind of late but, 4 data keys are given everyday in the war archives menu. Are you thinking of core data?(Earned from hard mode)
