Your cheese will last a long time using your vacuum sealer. I do itvwith my seal-a-meal and I took some out of the freezer almost 6 months after putting it in there. When I got ready to use it. It was a good as if I just went out and bought it.

Forty degrees---haha! That is summer for me in Idaho. The 5 pound bag of broccoli(Azure Market) is fantastic. I just divide into two gallon bags. The pieces are a perfect size.

Haha! I bit my tongue after saying that because the next week we had 28 degrees! :) I will have to try that - I have heard good things about the Azure broccoli. It seems like you get more for the price as well.

Questions . Could you use the summer sausage as pepperoni on pizza? I have been trying to to find a company that has beef pepperoni or better turkey pepperoni. Azure doesn’t have any yet. I did ask, but no response yet.

I’m sure you could try it if you sliced it very thin! We prefer turkey or beef pepperoni in our house too, so that’s actually a great idea.

I ended up liking the Azure peanut butter better actually! The CB’s creamunchy is too creamy for my taste and I didn’t find the taste as good as the Azure brand. I think I will just get a bigger size Azure brand next time :)
