Dear Prof, I have a doubt. When the CPU reaches 70%, the next VM will run as defined by our program. It is unknown how two VMs will run at this point as the CPU has reached 97%. Let me know if it is possible to clarify.

Getting error while creating vmss like Creating a virtual machine from Marketplace image or a custom image sourced from a Marketplace image requires Plan information in the request.
