@@roberthightower1724 Paige was shooting 60% after the first Marquette game last year. Those 3pt%’s are hard to keep above 50. Did you see the highlights from the Iowa-Michigan game on Sunday 2/6? Caitlin was 4/5 from 3 and two of them were from Steph Curry range. I hope Azzi keeps knocking them in. She’s starting to realize that even though it’s a different level, basketball is basketball. Fudd reminds me of Eric Gordon in the way she sets up and executes her jump shot. She has perfect footwork and balance squaring up and her release is quick and compact.

This is showing a team with incredibly talented players. Each one on any given night can score 25. This forces the other team to actually guard ALL of the UCONN players all the time. They know that doubling a player leaves another open and each open player on UCONN can score at will.

I'm a big fan of the Uconn women's basketball program. The problem I have with Fudd, she can not create her own shot, she is excellent in the catch and shot. She has to add more elements to her game.

As close as she and Paige are, this can't be that enjoyable for Paige. The tell was when Paige was mouthing, "why would you leaver her?" The way that Azi plays, Paige has the ability to significantly impact Azzi's touches and shot locations........... we'll see.,,

It’s like Geno said, injuries can happen anytime. In practice, walking to class, or doing whatever. Getting her lots of playing time so she feels comfortable on the court seems important to me.
