Don't expect employees to work as hard as you, this is not their dream (we are in capitalism era when individual experts could act as companies). Seek quality work and loyalty. In return, try to have a good compensation model. If the individual plays a significant role, negotiate by equity to build sense of ownership.

I vividly remember when Hatamu was promoting the idea and the company Zayride. When Ride came by, for a long time I thought I was using Zayride. So the name was misleading for customers and unfair compition for Zayride. Keep up the good work and keep going.
