The Forresters were very angry with this stunt Pam had pulled. This fashion show was very important because they had a lot riding on it and now Pam has turned it into a laughing stock. They are aware of how Pam feels about Donna but that's no excuse for playing a practical joke at the company's expense. They were prepared to fire her but Pam had already made out her letter of resignation and gave it to Eric. This is one reason why I hate Pam. Sometimes she's more trouble than she's worth.
