Trump caving on the oil tariff is proof how desperate America is for Canadian oil and Trump knows this, and the thing that is funny is that oil is the cause of the trade imbalance not manufactured goods or lumber.

Thats why we should cut Oil exports to them by 25% for any tariffs on Canadian goods. Sell that 25% to the EU. That will hurt them more. If they raise their tariffs we cut off more Oil and sell it abroad.
