Bécassine de Wilson, cri / Wilson's Snipe, call

Cet oiseau a long bec semble apprécier les bordures de route où je l’aperçois souvent. Désolée pour l’image instable, il était très loin ! Cet oiseau émet aussi un son qui ressemble à celui d’un hibou le soir venu.
This long-billed bird seems to like the side of the road where I often see it. Sorry for the unstable footage, it was very far ! This bird also emits a sound who sound like a owl in the evening.

Très belle capture Annie! Je vais regarder plus les bordures de route maintenant. Incroyable d'avoir le bec aussi long! Mais il lui sert bien! En plus, on entendait son cri! Superbe vidéo même si tu étais loin! Était-il en bordure d'un champs? On voit la forêt de l'autre côté! Je te dis que je ne promène pas beaucoup! Enfin, je suis mieux de l'influenza. Oui ! C’est la première fois que je le voyais se nourrir et ça lui sert bien effectivement. Il y a des champs un peu partout dans ce rang et ils semblent nicher près de la route. J’avais vu ma ma première Bécassine dans ce même rang a un ou deux km plus loin. On a changé de place car je voulais le filmer de l’autre côté du rang et une deuxième Bécassine s’est envolé ! Peut-être la femelle qui était dans le fossé en face. Il y a des arbres derrière les champs dans ce secteur, très près de la ville, mais c’est la campagne à cet endroit. Je suis contente que tu ailles mieux ! J’espère que tu n’auras pas la gastro. On jardine ces jours-ci et le camping est commencé. On a campé avec les gars, alors on va moins voir les oiseaux.
