Hip hop and bmx was all together back in the days in the Bronx .

I’m a 50yr old from the UK, and definitely HipHop and BMX are closely linked. As a little kid at the weekend I’d be alternating between visits to the local bmx track, busting moves on the Lino , or racking cans of paint to go bombing the train lines. Fast forward to 2024 and I’m making electro beats and really loving the futuristic race bikes like the Prophecy Scud, Sunn Royal and Daylight. Unfortunately, being partially disabled those bikes are out of my price range, but tomorrow I’m going to buy a used Haro Racelite pro 24 cruiser, my first bike since the 90s. Mad props to Crazy Al Cayne for having the best site bringing the true loves of my life together in one place. Really enjoyed the video my man. Keep it up. Mad love from Birmingham UK!!!!

Hey thanks for the love!! And that's awesome that you're still at it and getting a bike. Full Circle! Keep doing your thing! HipHop and BMX All Day!

@@crazyalcayne Aw man… thanks for the reply Al.. Love what you’re doing and your frames are dope. Watching the bmx scene in the US has me envious as hell, cos over here we don’t see that. Picked up my Haro this evening and I’m loving how it feels to be riding again, however also very aware I need to relearn them bike skills!! Needless to say it’s getting customised a little, Matt black with holographic flake and custom decals in LA style font, like Big Sleeps lettering. All nuts and bolts oil slick titanium. Magura brakes. It’s already got some nice parts. I’ll have to send you photos when it’s complete… Means a lot to get a shout back from you. Full respect dude. Peace out.

@@SEDITION69 Oh Man, sounds like that bike is gonna look FIRE!! Can't wait to see pics. You should submit it to Bike Of The Day on my website when you finish it 4sho!! Thanks again for the love! Oh... and yes, take your time with getting your skills back, it'll come back in due time.

@ I certainly will..! I’d love to incorporate some of my background in graffiti and tattoo stuff. I’m not rich, so it’s gonna be little by little… nice one. Thx. ✌️
