I did the similar trip last July, the first day from Mt. Fuji Station to Sato go ya(used 7 hours), and the second day to the summit(used 8 hours) and them to Fujinomiya 5th station (used 4 hours). It is better for you to show us the time used.

Thank you for your comments. You can see the time only Japanese subtitle, sorry. From Fuji Station to Sato Goya (used 5 hours), From Sato to Summit (5 hours), and to Gotenba 5th ST (3 hours)
