A POV experience of a Japanese curry restaurant in Osaka,Japan.
A restaurant specialising in curry with a Japanese soup stock made from sea bream and chicken and homemade Sri Lankan spices.
It has also been selected as a Michelin Bib Gourmand 2023.
The original Watanabe Curry is an island of turmeric rice floating in a sea of chicken curry, topped with lamb and pork keema curry.
You will be asked if you want pak choi on top. You will be asked if you would like to put some pak choi on top, so it's up to you.
The chicken in the chicken curry with sea bream broth is tender and tender.
The keema curry is spicy and goes well with the pak choi.
The colourful achaar served with the curry was a perfect palate cleanser.
