I enjoyed this drama and the fact that she hated him to her last breath. My only complaint is they should not have had a kidnapping at the last moment. Just let the girl die peacefully in the hospital while the vile ex husband watch on helplessly unable to get her forgiveness.

Eventhough it is painful to watch this whole series but it is very satisfying to see FL doesn't goes back to evil ML whose hurting her for almost 5 years! I hope that they would be paired up again in another projects as sweet lovers that has happy ending together 🙏🏻

This was difficult to watch, she really had no one. The actors were very good. Sadly, her dying is better than returning to the abuser, as in most of these dramas. Miracle cancer cures and remarrying the worst husband on the planet. So glad she refused to owe him anything and ended her own life, not that she would have lived much longer... but still she took her power back in the only way she was able to at the end.

The only difference in story is the death of FL. The death was kind of the most basic merciful thing that was granted to such a tortured wife. At least not returning to the ceo after FL moving to abroad and curing cancer and coming back wasn't shown in this drama, which wasn't possible to FL. Just like every ceo's in these drama . ML tries to even control her death. Mother of FL prioritizing gambling over her daughter and trying to sell her since the marriage doesn't work shows the FL wasn't cherished anywhere.

怎麼覺得這個男人面相很邪氣、當壞人演員比較合適！這個男人對妻子太殘忍了、害妻子家破人亡。自己的妻子、不好好保護、任由他人隨意欺負，根本就是沒有擔當的男人；只要是虐待就不是愛、只是佔有欲和霸道的心態、不配為人夫！丈夫的基本擔當和責任是信任、保守和付出、而不是霸道佔有和強迫、這樣自私自利的人、不配得到愛！

This drama just shredded my heart and soul. I've had a few others do the same but this poor FL just got damaged in the worst way. If it wasn't for the kind doctor that lovingly protected and cared for her, she would have died sooner. The cancer wasn't the problem, it was the other people around her. The mistress is no ones friend but the hubby and her mom were just pure evil. The ML had sone real anger mgnt issues. He can be mad about being firced to marry the FL but what he did to her was unforgivable and just downright vile. Both the FL and her dad married trash. It's pretty bad when cancer is a relief and a better option than sticking around these folks. The doctor was such a great friend. The karma was fairly decent but there should be a soecial place in hell for these rotten MLs and mistresses. At least the FL is at peace with her family (dad, brother, baby, and doggie). I need a new box of kleenex. The ML at least committed suicide after all this mess and donated his assets to the cancer foundation he created in her honor. He missed out on a great lady and a chance at a family that would at least been a comfort in his grief.

the story is just as same as every drama. Trusts mistress, tortures fl , later realises fl is innocent. Too late to set the things. But all I liked is the ml's acting. Especially at 2:30:08 . His acting is really nice.

The ML is one of my favorite actors in these dramas, but this video corrupted me. End Spoiler - I was upset at the end because burning himself alive wasn't enough punishment. The writers let Karma fall down this time. The ML should've had to live through everything he put the FL through. Why can't the writers let the FL go with the awesome SML? Never accept unacceptable behavior.

I think she might be alive but maybe in the coma that was discussed before. They gave her medicine in the hospital. Might have taken a minute to kick in. At the very very end the nurse says "An incident occurred with Dr Wei's patient"

@@sharoncecilia9041 I am pretty sure the incident was the cruel ML burning himself to death. I did go back and watch the end again, though. The nurse said something about the patient taking the special medicine. So, possibly she is alive. The SML told the ML about a new medicine abroad. This was the conversation on the steps by the baby's grave.

This drama actually hurt, not my first time watching this plot but damn this guy’s character is a human beast. I feel bad cause most ladies are going through this in real life and don’t have a chance to make it right for them. That’s why when I watch abuse dramas and the lady goes back I’m furious and keep asking if it’s because he hasn’t tortured them yet?! Then I see rebirth dramas that the FL make the same mistake and I’m done!😄 don’t watch this if you can handle torture cause that’s what this is, I skipped most times cause I couldn’t handle it! I was getting mad so much 😅

this is a very brutal and violent drama, a psycho husband who abused his wife and later when he realized he was cheated by mistress and wronged the wife he did the same violence to the mistress to "atone" for his sins but glad that FL is a very strong woman who can neither be coaxed nor coerced to bend to ML's will and "atonement" and would rather die than be saved by him.

The make lead is the most cheapest one I have seen till now...I mean this kind of drama does have a plotting where male lead hates female but he never cheats or have real affection for second lead...but here it's a different story.
