Today in this video i am cooking kukhura Ko masu ko jhol or बोइलर कुखुराकाे झाेल which is very popular among Nepal,Darjeeling and Sikkim.It is one of the most favourite dish eaten during festivals like Dashain and Tihar and it goes very well with rice and dhido.
Ingredients for recipe:
1 1/2 kg chicken (farmed chicken)
1 big onion
2 medium tomatoes
2 Tbs ginger garlic paste
coriander leaves for garnish
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 Tbs chilli powder
2 Tbs mustard oil
salt according to your taste
Masalas-
3 bay leaves
small cinnamon
5 cloves
5-6 cardamom pods
1 Tbs cumin seeds
1 Tbs coriander seeds
1 Tbs fennel seeds
1 1/2 Tbs fenugreek seeds
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp nigella seeds (kalo jeera)
3 dry chillies
TO TEMPERED
2Tbs ghee (clarified butter)
1/2 Tsp ajwain (jawano)
