This rather looks like an Indian styled chicken Recipe than a Nepali one.....a traditional Nepali approach would be to fry the chicken. The only masalas would be jeerako dhulo, besar , ginger/garlic. The internet has brought us so close that boundaries seems vague...in other words, it's very hard to differentiate between a Nepali and an Indian cousine. So, naming it a "Nepali" styled chicken curry does not seems valid. U could have just stated "Chicken Curry".....then some would argue a Nepali cooking it makes it a "Nepali Styled"😅🤣😂...just kidding....no offense meant. By the way it looks delicious.
