無鹽牛油Unsalted butter 85g
糖粉Icing sugar 60g
蛋黃egg yolk 30g
梳打粉baking soda 2.5g
泡打粉baking powder 1g
海鹽sea salt 1.5g
低筋麵粉soft flour 150g
伯爵茶包earl grey tea 1 teabag
合桃walnut 20g
