𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐞𝐬:
* White Flour/Maida(मैदा) - 1 Cup
* Sugar Powder(पिसी चीनी) - 1/2 Cup
* Butter(बटर)- 1/4 Cup
* Ghee (घी) - 2 Tbsp
* Cherry(चेरी) - Some
* Dry Fruit (मेवा) - Some
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐉𝐚𝐦 𝐁𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐢𝐭:
* Wheat Flour(गेहूं का आटा) - 1 Cup
* All-Purpose Flour(मैदा) - 1 cup
* Sugar Powder(चीनी पाउडर) - 1/2 Cup
* Ghee(घी) - 1/3 Cup
* Water(पानी) - As required
* Ghee(घी) - Some Drop
* Sugar Powder(चीनी पाउडर) - Some
* Fruit Jam(फ्रूट जैम) - Some
* Sugar Powder(चीनी पाउडर) - Some
* Water (पानी) - Some
* Oil(तेल) - For Frying
* Sugar Bura(चीनी का बुरादा) - Some
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐉𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐚 𝐁𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐢𝐭:
* All-Purpose Flour (मैदा) - 1 cup
* Wheat Flour (गेहूं का आटा) - less than 1/2 cup
* Custard Powder (कस्टर्ड पाउडर) - 1.5 tbsp
* Salt (नमक) - 1 tsp
* Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1/2 tbsp
* Baking Soda (बेकिंग सोडा) - 1/4 tsp
* Ghee (घी) - 1/2 cup
* Sugar (चीनी) - 2 tbsp
* Roasted Cumin Seeds (भुना हुआ जीरा) - 1 tbsp
* Roasted Carom Seeds (भुना हुआ अजवाइन) - 1/2 tbsp
* Milk (दूध) - 3 tbsp
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐉𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐚 𝐁𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐢𝐭, in a bowl, add All-Purpose Flour, Wheat Flour, Custard Powder, Salt, Baking Powder, Baking Soda & filter them all with the strainer. Mix the Flour & keep it aside. Take another bowl add Ghee, Sugar in it & beat it. Put the Flour in the bowl gradually & mix it then put the Roasted Cumin Seeds & Carom Seeds, and Milk. Mix and fridge for 10-15 min. Cut it into the shape of Biscuits. Bake in the pre-heated kadhai for 15 min and enjoy!
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐉𝐚𝐦 𝐁𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐢𝐭, in a bowl, add Wheat Flour, Maida, Powdered Sugar, and Ghee. Bind semi-tight dough. Cover & keep for 20 minutes. Then divide the dough into two parts & roll them thin. Grease Ghee, and dust Powdered Sugar & Wheat Flour on it. After that fold it spread Fruit Jam equally & dust Powdered Sugar on it. Cut the edges and roll tight. Fridge for half an hour. Fry in medium-heated Oil. Wrap with Powdered Sugar. Finally, keep them in an airtight jar for long-time use and enjoy!
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐞𝐬, in a bowl, add Butter, Ghee, Powdered Sugar, White Flour/Maida. Mix well and combine. Cover & keep for 10 minutes. Then shape the dough into a square or round shape by adding some Tutti Frutti and chopped Dry fruits. Cut into thick slices and bake at 150 degrees for 15 minutes. Finally, cool completely and enjoy!
