✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
For 1st Cake:
* Fresh Malai(ताजा मलाई) - 1/2 Cup
* Curd(दही) - 4 Tbsp
* Sugar Powder(चीनी) - 1 Cup
* Semolina(सूजी/रवा) - 1+1/4 Bowl
* Milk(दूध) - 1/2 Cup
* Baking Powder(बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Baking Soda(बेकिंग सोडा) - 1/2 Tsp
* Colorfull Tutti-frutti(रंगीन टूटी-फ्रूटी) - Some
For 2nd Cake:
* Apple Juice(सेब का रस) - 1/2 Cup
* Colourful Tutti-Frutti(टूटी-फ्रूटी)
* Blackberries(ब्लैकबेरी)
* Raisins(किशमिश)
* Orange Candy(ऑरेंज कैंडी)
* Cherries(चेरी)
* Walnut(अखरोट)
For Sugar Syrup:
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1/2 Cup
* Hot Water(गर्म पानी) - 1/2 Cup
* Jaggery(गुड़) - Some
For Cake:
* Milk(दूध) - 1 Cup
* Oil(तेल) - 1/3 Cup
* Cinnamon Powder (दालचीनी पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
* Nutmeg(जायफल) - 1 Pinch
* Sugar Powder(चीनी पाउडर) - 1/2 Cup
* White Flour/Maida(मैदा) - 2 Cup
* Baking Powder(बेकिंग पाउडर) - 2 Tsp
* Baking Soda(बेकिंग सोडा) - 1/4 Tsp
* Vinegar(सिरका) - 2 Tsp
* Orange Peel(संतरे का छिलका)
* White Chocolate(सफेद चॉकलेट) - Some
* Milk (दूध) - Some
For Garnishing
* Colorful Chocolate(रंगीन चॉकलेट)
* Pistachio(पिस्ता)
* Cashew Nuts(काजू)
* Almonds(बादाम)
* Black Raisins/Blackberries(काली किशमिश/ब्लैकबेरी)
* Strawberry (स्ट्रॉबेरी)
For 3rd Cake:
* Milk(दूध) - 3/4 Cup
* Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस) - 2 Tsp
* Oil(तेल) - 1/4 Cup
* White Flour/Maida(मैदा) - 3/4 Cup/100 Gram
* Powdered Sugar(पिसी चीनी) - 1/2 Cup/100 Gram
* Baking Powder(बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Baking Soda(बेकिंग सोडा) - 1/4 Tsp
* Mango Essence(मैंगो एसेंस) - 2-3 Drops
* Strawberry Crush(स्ट्रॉबेरी क्रश)
* Fresh Cream/Malai(ताजा क्रीम/मलाई)
* Desiccated Coconut(नारियल का बुरादा)

✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
Pre-heat the pan by putting a Stand/Steel Ring in it. Cover it & keep the flame high.
Grease the Cake tin with Oil and place Butter Paper in it.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐣𝐢 𝐂𝐚𝐤𝐞, in a bowl, add Fresh Malai, Curd, Sugar Powder, Suji, and Milk. Mix, cover, and rest for 30 mins. Then add Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and some Tutti Frutti in the half portion. Bake the Cake in the pre-heated pan for 25-30 mins till the toothpick comes out clean. At last, allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes. Demould the Cake cut into slices and enjoy.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐥𝐮𝐦 𝐂𝐚𝐤𝐞, in a bowl, add Apple Juice, Blueberries, Red Cherries, Orange Candy, Colourful Tutti-Frutti, Raisins and finely chopped Walnuts in it. Cover it and soak it for an hour. In a bowl, add Milk, Oil, Cinnamon Powder, Nutmeg, Sugar Powder, White Flour/Maida, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Vinegar, Orange Peel, Soaked Colourful Tutti-Frutti, Blackberries, Raisins, Orange Candy, Cherries, Walnut and mix them all well. Transfer it to the Tin, tap it 3-4 times. Bake for 40-45 mins on slow flame. Then garnish with Chocolate, Fruits, and Nuts and enjoy!
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐬 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐥, In a bowl, add Oil, Curdled Milk, White Flour/Maida, Powdered Sugar, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Mango Emulsion, Milk and mix all well. Pour the batter into the Mould, and bake 20 mins on slow flame. Spread Strawberry Crush and Whipped Cream to the cake. Roll & freeze for 1-2 hours. Then coat Strawberry Crush and Desiccated Coconut. Roll and cut it into slices and enjoy!
