Mam, From past 4 years I have been experiencing hairfall. And have lost my hair from the temple area. I have tried everything , hair grows but falls. I didn't take any tablets for nutrition but ate foods which were rich in zinc, Vitamin c, omega 3, omega 6 like flax seeds, Amla,sesame seeds, spinach And I have a very bad scalp, earlier it used to be flaky,like dermatitis (but different doctors said different things) but after shaving for continuous 2 years due to hair loss, flakes don't come. But a new problem of oil production in the forehead area and temple(most here) and upper head is just too much. Hairfall is reduced(old hairs don't fall and strong enough) but as the hair grows longer in length amount of oil production increases and then It causes hairfall. In one day only my sclap becomes too much oily and it's uncomfortable. I only ask what I should be doing for this oily scalp, way too much oiling and it later turns out to be forming a layer. Shampoos don't help, be it ayurvedic as well. The shampoo doesn't get washed off and I don't try too hard because of hair breakage. It forms kind of an emulsion ( a mix of oil and sweat) and is very hard to remove but when sweat dries it becomes just oil alone I have tried various doctors and this has caused depression and stress in my life . I m just a 19 year old teenager. Plss help and If there's some way for hair regrowth on the front. Plss do tell so. The follicles are there. Small small hair grow but they don't stay long and doesn't become a hard hair. I have thyroid ( slim one) don't remember whether it's hypo or hyper. But it's in control. I do aasana for increase of blood flow in the head. Pls help I m.really depressed and stressed because of it. And all the hairs which break are new hairs and it feels like the oil pushes them outside and doesn't allow them to absorb nutrition and all. And all the new hairs Which break have a white solid thing(not really big) at their roots. And eg. If I shave my head today and after 2months when it gets decent length, it starts breaking suddenly, I can see and touch the oil but it doesn't get completely washed of the scalp and hair which breaks has white thing at its root, but like after I'll trim from shaving ,and hair is like 0.5 cm and I just massage my scalp(after 2 months) an oil layer of dandruff (the oil.which got collected) comes off.

vikas singh bro even I suffered from oily scalp n this is because of excessive heat in your body hormonal imbalance do have sprouts daily, coconut water, morning empty stomach have cardamom ,eat salad after every meal it will reduce heat ,eat curd 2 glass this all I do to reduce heat don't eat flax seeds it harms your testosterone follow all these don't skip any thing n one more thing don't shave your hair or else use trimmer never shave you are harming you hair roots . Do follow for threw weeks n let me know if d der is any progress

1) Please follow what Sankush is saying. It makes sense. 2) Wash your hair daily with "Mother Care" baby shampoo. You will get it at Mother Care store. 3) To stop hair fall a- Take 1 capsule of Becosule Z daily after breakfast.- 1Month b- Take one capsule of Dexorange daily after Dinner - 1Month. c- This should help.

Thanks to both of u for replying. I ate flax seeds just for regrowth and strength, And mam the only reason about taking hair supplements, mine has reached a bit of a stage that taking supplements will help but it works temporarily and make my hair dependant on it, I have seen that.right now if it can become good by natural foods it'll stay, but if it'll get used to them then they side effects and dependancy on it( not questioning u) Actually I'll tell u a bit more Like at the age of 7-11 I had severe asthma so it hindered my growth and bone development because I was allergic to a lot of nutritious food and was always on meds, then when I overcame it , because I loved sports. I got stuck with a deficiency of growth hormone and small neck syndrome, I developed calcium deficiency, and a hell lot of things.. But u know indian parents care a lot about height and weight which I didn't have of respectable order. So not knowingly my father and visited a child specialist (not his fault because he didn't knew and I wasn't that much educated) That doctor injected me with 3 growth drugs I don't know the name I was small, It gave me growth. And unpredictable hormonal changes my body saw a lot of teenager changes in a small amount of time, And then I got stuck with thyroid. And started going to Apollo Indraprastha for better treatment ,he cured. But all these medicines took a big part of my health. So that's the only reason I don't like allopathy, I m myself a science student and know very well if a drug has a positive effect,it has its negative one as well ,less but with time and different body metabolism Can have drastic effects, So sorry mam, and I really can't and don't want to invest in medicines. Thing about shaving brother , I have no choice losing temples at such an age, getting growth but still hair falling, but that oil just kills me, it causes breakage and layer formation and I want to become better in studies and not kill myself due to tension of hairfall and this oil.so Shaving keeps it away atleast. Thing about body heat. U r absolutely correct. It's extremely high, but what I can do. I drank bitter gourd juice , ate raw neem leaves, they are considered the best heat reducers, 2 days I wasn't able to follow, and 3-4 acnes popped and I was like why such an abrupt effect of not taking it. I don't do anything bad ,no oily, no fried ,no alcohol,no smoking or vaping, nothing still it doesn't decrease.
