2:45 Natural hair loss remedies
In this video, I’m going to cover natural and effective remedies for hair loss.
Many top hair loss medications treat hair loss by blocking an enzyme (5-alpha reductase) to inhibit DHT. DHT is a powerful form of testosterone that can burn out hair follicles.
People with too much DHT can develop androgenetic alopecia or pattern hair loss. Onion juice, green tea, rosemary oil, and zinc can help inhibit 5-alpha reductase.
Fluoride from your water as well as sulfates from your shampoo can also potentially lead to hair loss. Try getting a shower head that filters out fluoride and use sulfate-free shampoo.
Home remedies to help prevent hair loss and regrow hair:
1. Onion juice
2. Green tea
3. Rosemary oil
4. Zinc (oysters and red meat)
5. Apple cider vinegar (1/3 cup apple cider vinegar to 1 liter of water)
6. Consume more protein and trace minerals
7. Cruciferous vegetables and sea kelp
8. Selenium
9. Vitamin D, more sleep, and exercise
10. Silica
11. Keto and intermittent fasting
12. Biotin

Woops - forgot to add a few links to showerhead fluoride filters. They are in the description now. purewaterfreedom.com/fluoride-filters/fluoride-shower-filters/chrome-fluoride-shower-filter.html apexwaterfilters.com/shop/shower-filter/apex-mr-7010/ Personally, I put a whole house fluoride filter in. I used this company (no I am not affiliated): crystalquest.com/collections/fluoride-water-filters They used to carry a showerhead to filter out fluoride but apparently now they only have whole house filters and under the counter filters.

Last year, my brother had a problem with losing a lot of hair. He went to see a dermatr who gave him some chemicals to put on his head. Unfortunately, those chemicals made his hair fall out even more, I can't remember the names of chemicals. Luckily, his friend told him about a special coconut and onion hair oil and shampoo called littlextra coconion. His friend had used it before when he had hair loss too. My brother used it every day for three months, and after that, his hair stopped falling out. He still uses it even now, six months later. My brother also loves to exercise and spends 30 minutes every day either doing exercises or jogging. I think that helps his hair because it makes the blood flow better in scalp. But I also think that our genes play a big part in this hair loss problem.

Henna is also a GREAT way to regrow and make your hair thicker. Thanks for these tips. My hair got thinner 6 months after a traumatic event in my life. Now I’m in the process of trying to regrow. I was so stressed, I gave myself Bell’s palsy! I’m fine now after meditation and acupuncture treatments. I’m in great shape and always eat healthy. This experience taught me that your mind can make you sick no matter how ‘healthy’ you eat or exercise. You HAVE to manage your stress and the way you think.

Every time I watch one of your videos your voice is so soothing and it's like the way you explain it is so easy for me to understand. I'm going to try all these I'm a 42-year-old male and when I was 18 my hair is receded like a widow's peak on the sides but I still have pretty much a full head of hair. My dad was completely bald and my mom's dad was completely bald and my brother's bald even after trying rogaine but I've always done these different home remedies rice water is another good one, rosemary oil. I take vitamin D3 every other day. I think this video is great for maintaining good hair as well. You don't want to try to regrow your hair when you're halfway gone by then it might be too late. It occurred to me a few days ago that I haven’t left my house without a hat in a year. I’ve always been complimented on how thick and curly my hair was and then BOOM. It started falling out in clumps. Some people have an easier time dealing with it but I’ve found it very difficult. Thanks to this channel for the help the past few months. I had alopecia areata for 3 months... I went with ayurveda treatment with high RF to zap whatever scalp bacteria and regrow the area...the RF was not pleasant but bearable. The herbal cream dang smelly as hell but boy did it work. After 10 treatments, my alopecia areata was gone for good. Try to find any ayurveda for hairloss in your area.

Fluoride is to blame mostly. Fluoride actually makes us dumb! Just notice, how many kids started becoming autistic after governments decided to add Fluoride to the water during world war I in order to keep the people silent. Now, Why can't governments simply not add fluoride to our water when everyone knows Fluoride a poison? Oh wait! Fluoride makes us dumb and that's what they still want so that people can be controlled under their cynical paws. But it is high time, we should bring this up in our upcoming elections. We should make our water Fluoride free. Like if you agree!

As a hairstylist of about like a decade, I can share with you you, that you're not supposed to use harsh shampoo on your hair. I've noticed hair lines of numerous individuals, and I spotted that folks who were using harsh shampoo cleansers generally had poor hairline. So I suggest only to use mild shampoo cleanser only. I myself use and advise to use littleextrra coconioon shampoo only. Also, do warm oil massage two times a week as it boosts circulation and promotes hair.

I have had great results with preventing and reversing hair loss by taking a daily combination of zinc, saw palmetto, biotin, and collagen supplements. I also use a derma roller on my scalp once a week, followed by massaging my scalp with rosemary oil and leaving it on for a few hours before shampooing it off. Massage of the scalp is an excellent thing, as it helps to promote a healthy blood flow, which in turn helps to promote hair growth.

Ive been using onion in my hair for the last few months. I blend raw onion with ginger & cinnamon. The dry ginger & cinnamon spices. Occasionally I’ll use fresh raw ginger if I have it in the kitchen but the spice works just as fine. Do not strain put it straight on my scalp and cover it with a shower cap. Its messy but I just take more time to shower. Onion mask mixture once a week. Cinnamon and Ginger mask without the onion about 3x a week. Be patient and clean your diet & you’ll see results. Increase blood flow to the scalp & clean your diet. (Cinnamon & ginger increase blood flow along with cleansing & antibacterial/ anti microbial properties
