I made it today ,, it turned good ,, but it gets too sharp and your tongue catches fire when you take a sip of any drink, whether aerated or even, just plain cold water ,, and I am one who loves the fumes and taste of mustard and wasabi ,, I enjoy, but this was too much for even me ,, if I cannot take my cold drink with my food, I don't enjoy my meal ,, So I guess, it's gotta be just a light coat of the thick gravy on the fish ,, that's it ! Conclusion : did not become a fan of this cuisine

Your recipe looks amazing madam. অনেক কটা দেখার পর এটাই বানাব মনস্থির করলাম। Just one question, পেঁয়াজ ছাড়া কি এই recipe টি বেশী ভালো হয়? আসলে কেউ কেউ ব্যবহার করছেন আবার অনেকে করছেন না। I am a bit confused

পিঁয়াজ দিলে সর্ষের flavour কমে যায়। আপনি পিয়াঁজ ছাড়াই রেসিপি টা ট্রাই করুন, খেতে খুবই ভালো হবে। শুধু একটা ব্যাপার খেয়াল রাখবেন, সর্ষে বাটার সঙ্গে সঙ্গে রান্নায় ব্যবহার করবেন না। জল দিয়ে গুলে অন্তত পনেরো কুড়ি মিনিট রাখবেন, তারপর রান্নায় ব্যবহার করবেন।
