On Day 7th - 9th of 2025 Chinese New Year, we visited Ceorge Town, Penang to participate in the auspicious Jade Emperor prayers, hosted at Chew Jetty! We also took the chance to devour the various street foods, most were recommended by Michelin!

牛逼，目前是唯一一个美食博主说米其林的食物中规中矩。哈哈哈。我不是槟城人但是在槟城超过10 多年了。槟城是我第二个家。很多当地人都不去吃米其林食物的哦。有很多美食其实不出名但是很好吃。比如，sungai Ara 的鸡饭、中路老母子咖喱面，Bayan Lepas 或者北海一个地方的海南鸡饭，Teluk bahang 的pulut udang, little India 的samosa ，桥头福建面，杜尾杂饭，明泰香烧包，附近new world park 早上卖的云吞面，等等。这都是旅客不懂的。就连槟城人也不全懂。我懂因为我很喜欢吃，找了很多美食。其实就在姓周桥外面晚上卖的炒粿条也是不错的。

就连old green house 旁边那间咖啡店。他的姜葱猪肉饭和炒粿条也是很好吃的。老青屋的肉骨茶才是觉。老青屋的海南鸡也好吃，还有炒印度面。等等。槟城美食可以问我😉😉😉

七条路有档卖酿豆腐的。你买他们的手工酿豆腐。回家自己搞个普通的清汤，然后丢完那些酿豆腐进去。你会发现酿豆腐的味道那些鲜味全出来。不用味精都很好吃。可惜我在KL找不到这些档口

你在梹城有時间可去试试極乐寺附近的2828阿参啦沙和煎蕊、非常好吃、尤其煎蕊甜度刚好、红豆入口即化、我去年在梹城無意中吃到怀念至今、说來好笑當時只是在外面马路经过時闻到阿參啦沙香味、走过后终於忍不住回头、當時感覺自已竟然像一隻狗有了灵敏嗅覺、也忘了通知前面的團友其实當時大家是前去導遊介绍的美食中心、不知覺拉住助理往店里去了、后來團友回头看見也跟着我進去了、结果大家吃到赞不绝口、而且價錢合理、真是價廉物美、我是一面看視頻一面留言、所以还不知道看完后你有没有去吃到呢。

鸡饭还是中马，南马好吃。KL的都好吃过北马。白斩鸡要去Sri bahari road的，不过他饭和辣椒输，鸡肉真的新鲜有鲜味。 至于nasi lemak我比较不喜欢，偏甜和辣，只喜欢1.50moist moist的nasi lemak. 我recommend chai leng park顺龙的芋头饭，好吃又没那么油。
