#槟城虾面 ，也被称为 #福建面 / #福建虾面，是槟城地道的街边美食。用虾壳熬煮的鲜甜汤汁，配上自制辣椒酱料，鲜甜中带点微辣，是当地人无法抗拒的街边美食之一.
自家煮的虾面， 吃在嘴里每一口都是充满着幸福的鲜香滋味.
虾面，正名原为福建面。 根据网路上的资料，福建虾面的故事来源于中国福建的居民，但出现却是福建人到了马来西亚的槟城后，艰苦生活的体现. 当时在日据时期，住在姓氏桥一带的福建人只能把渔产售卖给日本军人. 在这样的困境下，他们只能把虾头虾壳留起来熬汤，渐渐地发展成为这个在福建找不到的福建虾面.
现在这道美食你也可以在家自己准备了。
材料简单易准备。

汤底：
1. 虾壳 - 多多益善
2. 猪骨/排骨
3. 清水
汤底调味料：
1. 冰糖
2. 马来盏
3. 盐 - 适量
