材料：三个鸡腿，两个洋葱，4个小米椒，4瓣大蒜，半个柠檬，1把香菜
1）鸡腿肉去骨切成小块，加少许胡椒粉，2勺酱油腌制10分钟
2）洋葱切小片，小米椒切成圈，大蒜拍扁再切碎，柠檬切成小片，香菜去根再切成小段
3）热锅倒入多一点油，油热放入鸡肉，炸至金黄
4）锅留下少许油，放入柠檬洋葱小米椒大蒜爆香，加入两勺白糖一勺酱油，放入炸好的鸡肉和香菜，快速翻炒就可以出锅
