FUMI I knew that you are a model, you hold your head like a Queen! I was going to say you are a triple threat, but you're more than that. The BOMB made me actively look for the brands. I didn't know about AJ Crimson, Danessa Myrick and a lot of the others. I found a list on Pinterest and my mind was blown that there was more brands than I knew about. I saw the packaging for Juvias Saharan 2 palette and I'm hoping she does the purple, it looks a Royal! But thank you for this, when I logged onto KZbin 4 years ago, I purchased some of the makeup I saw influencers using and they were always off. So I purchased everything Iman, and I was very satisfied with her products. Now I'm going in your descriptions to get some of the products you have described. I'm excited!

Very well said. I also started wearing fashion fair because that was the only makeup line in my area that sold make up for our complexion. I as so grateful for the movement of B.O.M.B and black own fashion. We have been told by society that our skin was too dark and wasn't beautiful just there wasn't an industry that had make up that complemented our skin. I'm so grateful and happy to support our black own brands.

It's very frustrating that when I return to a video I've watched before, and the like button isn't pushed. I push the like within a second of clicking your videos. But I came back to tell you that I purchased Danessa Myricks Vision Cover Cream and her Enlighten Veil in Goddess. You and Jackie Aina reviewed her products and when I think about a product made by a MUA that looks like me, so she knows my concerns, and I'm constantly settling for products that are close but no gold star. I am grateful because other brands say WOC don't spend are money on this type products. So this Boss, with a successful careers already, took a chance that we will appreciate a quality product. My niece loves waterproof makeup and after I finally convinced her to spend a little more on foundation, she did a little research and went with a Mac foundation. I cannot wait to introduce her to Danessa Myricks brand.

Thank you for this vid it was amazing. It really took me back when you talked about Iman and Flori Roberts. I remember going to Selfridges as an 18 year old feeling all grown and awkward. I purchased my first real make up, a £15 foundation compact by Iman. I felt like a real woman after that. It almost brings tears to my eyes to see the changes today. In NYC Iman's products are sold in chain stores but I don't see a lot of sales. Her products tend to be dusty ( from sitting on the shelves). I think her products need to better advertised. I have 2 of her lipsticks and the colors are fantastic!

I am trying to use as many black owned products as possible and I learned about a few new ones from this tutorial. I would love to find out your skincare routine. I am considering switching from Origins to Plain Jane Cosmetics. Also, there is this FABULOUS masque that I found from Marla Rene. It is an oxygen mask that is all natural. I did not know that Vera Moore was a black owned cosmetic. I truly not aware of Danessa Myrick. I have looked for Iman's products and sometimes it is hard to find. Hi Fumi just began watching you about a week ago and I'm hooked. You are BEAUTIFUL! I love this video and just wanted to add to your knowledge. Howard Hughes was making a movie with Lena Horne and looked through the camera lens at her and asked Max Factor was did she look like a ghost. Max Factor replied, I don't have a foundation her color. Howard Hughes became furious and told him you better damn well go make one... Max Factor was the first company to produce foundation for women of color thanks to Lena Horne. Yes I know he is not a B.O.M.B but just wanted to provide you some history. Also, not unless she bought it back, Iman sold the use of her name so she no longer owes her makeup company. Flori Roberts is Caucasian but is also in a mixed marriage. Her husband is Black and a dermatologist who created the makeup line. I am a native Washingtonian and woman of color. I'll be 58 July 26th and began modeling when I was 13. As you said, just Fashion Fair, Flori Roberts, etc. we're available. Do you remember when only white concealer was available? OMG! Anyway, love love love you and Ole keep the positive flow going💋💋💋
