🥳而且分為:有汁的「文醃」➕無汁的「武醃」
😋口感爽口清甜,獨有一番風味;
再加埋老闆改良嘅鹵水鵝煲、油柑橄欖雞煲,

Chill❗It’s not a real poison 😂
🤣 It’s because people called Chaoshan Marinated food as “Chaoshan poison"
And the name of the shop ➡️ “Duyao Marinating” ⬅️ is also based on this homonym
🧐 Usually when we talk about raw food,
The first thing appears in your mind may be🇯🇵something like Sashimi,
😍 but in fact, there are also local raw marinated foods in China and has its own characteristics
🥳In Chaoshan, the marinated methods divided into 2ways
1️⃣ juicy ‘literary marinating’➕2️⃣juiceless ‘martial marinating’
😋 It tastes refreshing, sweet and unique
there are also innovative marinated goose pot and olive chicken pot,

People are usually refuse to eat crucian carp
cause it’s bony
