Sensai, thank you for giving one of the most rational and sensible analysis on this case. Takarazuka Revue is unique and their performance quality is simply astounding, quite obviously due to the highest self-discipline and constant strive for excellence. The entire system is overworked and overstressed. Two points I want to add: 1. The senior actresses are not professional managers nor counsellors and they should not be asked to handle extra-ordinary circumstances. 2. The Seniors are also caught in bad timing where their former standard harsh teaching/guidance is no longer acceptable. The senior actresses were most probably unintentional to hurt the juniors but the damage is very real. So demand for sincere apology is legitimate and necessary. Takarazuka Revue' is obliged to update the actresses, staff and crew on the essential social standards from authorised experts. Cutting back on workload is just the beginning.
