ബീറ്റ്റൂട്ട് പച്ചടി | Beetroot Pachadi - Kerala Style Recipe

Pachadi is a curd based traditional Kerala side dish. It is usually served with the feast called ‘Sadya’. Some places it is also called Kichadi. Based on the ingredients there are many varieties. This video is about the recipe of Beetroot Pachadi.

🧺 INGREDIENTS
Grated Coconut (തേങ്ങ ചിരണ്ടിയത്) - ¾ Cup (60 gm)
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) - 3 Nos
Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി) - ½ Inch Piece
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - ¾ + 1 Teaspoon
Water (വെള്ളം) - ¼ + ¼ Cup (60+60 ml)
Grated Beetroot (ബീറ്റ്റൂട്ട്) - 2 Cups (200 gm)
Curd (തൈര്) - 1½ Cup (375 ml)
Coconut Oil (വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ) - 2 Tablespoons
Mustard Seeds (കടുക്) - ½ Teaspoon
Dry Red Chillies (ഉണക്കമുളക്) - 3 Nos
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) - 1 Sprigs
