@Haydeecamille Manalo It depends on your preference. Lower keys are slow and soothing. Higher keys can be fast and energetic. If you want something in between you can get E.

It sounds so melodious and sweet. I just ordered a bass G key dizi from China just for this song. Meanwhile, I am still practicing with a D key dizi. However, the high notes sounds very shrill >*< Do you have any advice on this?

High notes can be like that sometimes. Not really sure what you can do about it. It's possible you might be blowing more air than you need and causing it to sound bad.

Just a quick question: I checked the sheet music in your description and it shows me that it should be played in Bb, but the dizi you used is in G key... so I wondered: did you play the music on another key or is it just me who gets too confused when seeing the jianpu? xD Anyway, I love how you played this amazing song... good job!

Thanks! I sometimes pitch shift tracks to fit my flutes just like in this case. You can use the same jianpu for all dizi. They would just be playing in different keys.
