Not technical version: A skill that makes you take no damage for a set period of time. All classes have a 1 second Iframe on their ss. If you tell me your class I can give you a better idea of what i-frames you have available. So in this video you are using an invincibility skill to dodge the bosses jumps is all that is meant by i-frame. Technical: I-frame comes about from a count of the number of frames your character is invincible, since a lot of games use frames for time counting instead of actual time (the reason why you do less dps when your framerate drops). An I-frame has a specific number of frames that you are invinicible for, for example, a 1 second will protect you for 60 frames at 60fps, but only 30 frames at 30fps. This is important because as you get less and less frames of protection, you have a smaller reaction window.This is to my understanding of it on the technical side, mostly coming from my knowledge of the dark souls series and how important frame rate and i-frame length is in that game, where the majority of i-frames are for 6-10 frames, not seconds (aka hundredths of a second reaction times). Blade and soul is far more forgiving.
