I had several squib rounds in a batch of 147 from Fiocchi. They made it right so pleased with the outcome overall. I have a lot of their 158 though so I’m a little concerned.

Using a thread locker on a weapon that may experience a high rate of fire and get very hot, that is defeated by high heat… seems, questionable. There are thread lockers that the barrel would melt before they would fail from heat, but can still be defeated though other means… why not use one?

The thread locker isn’t needed. It’s designed for torque engagement. Trust me, that thing was beat up as a full auto host and nothing ever came loose and it still took brute force to remove the parts. I’d say it’s fine.
