Hi Jennifer! Thanks! Personally, I don't have any experience of AirBnbs. During my journeys, I've stayed in hotels and B&Bs. However, maybe Airbnb is a thing worth trying someday. To answer your other questions: 1) If you listed your home on Airbnb, it would admittedly be a very tempting offer! Despite that, I'm sorry, I have to say no. Long flights and jet lags are so taxing that afterwards I'm asleep on my feet! That's why I nowadays prefer travelling "in the neighborhood" around Europe. There's so much to see and so many picturesque cities also in Europe I haven't seen yet! 2) I reckon, the onslaught of backlash was somewhat justified. Many people may think, that the main reason to list her guest room was to earn extra money. If she had said: "My guest house is more or less empty. Consequently, I have decided to list it on Airbnb". Perhaps then it wouldn't have raised a hue and cry that much.

Hi teachers! Thank you very much for your video. I am wondering about grammar structure in the sentence “ I listed my car on Facebook and it sold in on week”. Following timeline the act of listing came first in the past, so why “I had listed my car” did not use. And “it”in that sentence refers to my car ( as my understanding), so why “it was sold in a week”. Could you please help me explain two those issues? Thank you again!
